We are confident you will have a great experience with INKSHOT™ products! We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for first-time purchasers of our products. Everyone’s biological makeup is different, and in the rare case, you find the product is not effective for you, please contact support@inkshotlife.com to initiate a refund. 

A full refund of the product will be issued back to the same form of payment used, less shipping charges (and any applicable shipping tax) per the policy below. Please note the exceptions below.

To qualify for the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee please confirm that: 


— You must have purchased your Inkshot™ product from inkshotlife.com.

— The product was delivered within the last 30 days. 

— You have the packing slip, order confirmation, or proof of purchase from inkshotlife.com.

— You must ship back any remaining product and box - even if the box is empty. We are proud to offer free shipping on your order, but return shipping is not included at this time.

UNOPENED PRODUCTS

Any unopened product in new condition can be returned within 30 days.

REFUNDS ON MULTIPLES OF THE SAME PRODUCT

If you purchase more than one of the same item, the money-back guarantee will cover a refund of only one of those items (as long as the order is within 30 days). You may return the remaining items if they are unopened.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. Below are items that cannot be returned or refunded:

INKSHOT products purchased from unauthorized sellers

INKSHOT supplements purchased from a retailer (if a manufacturer issue), please email support@inkshotlife.com

 

RETAILERS & AMAZON

We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers. Please review the return policy for the store the product was purchased from. For all orders originating from Amazon, please reach out to Amazon Customer Service at 1-866-216-1072.

 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged product, please email support@inkshotlife.com a pic of the issue, the packing slip, (include a pic of the bottom of the box) along with your order number, and we'll start an investigation.

Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase unless you received a product that was damaged or defective.

 

CHARGEBACKS

Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the no-sell list.
